All of our candles are 9 oz — the perfect medium size for cozy evenings and gifting.

Because they're hand-poured, tiny variations in jar shape or fill height may occur, which is completely normal for artisan candles.

What are the candles made of?

We use a clean soy wax blend, premium fragrance oils, and 100% cotton wicks — always vegan and cruelty-free.

All ingredients are sourced in the USA, so every candle is made with trusted, high-quality materials from start to finish.

How long do they burn?

Each candle burns for up to 50 hours with a clean, even flame.

For the best experience, we recommend burning in 2–3 hour sessions so the wax melts evenly and your candle lasts as long as possible.

Can I return or exchange my candle?

Because every Fluffy Flames candle is made-to-order, we’re not able to accept general returns.

However, if anything arrives damaged, defective, or not quite what you ordered, we’ll replace it immediately — no stress, no hassle.

Each candle is made-to-order, so production typically takes 1–3 business days.

Once shipped, most packages arrive within 2–5 business days, depending on your state.
