Return & Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be defective, damaged, or incorrect. All products are made to order, which means we do not accept returns due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect size, color, or scent chosen at checkout.

To start a return, please contact us at info@fluffyflames.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the product. If your claim is approved, we will provide you with the correct return address and instructions. Do not send any products back before receiving confirmation and return details from us.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and, if your claim is accepted, provide you with return instructions.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Because all of our products are made to order, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Buyer’s remorse (change of mind, scent, or style preference)

  • Incorrect size, color, or design chosen at checkout

  • Minor color or print variations caused by the production process or screen display differences

  • Gift cards and sale items

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. If your item is defective or incorrect, please contact us for a return authorization, and once your claim is accepted, you may place a new order.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
