Do you ship worldwide?

No — at this time we only ship within the United States.

Where do you ship from?

All of our candles are produced and shipped within the United States. We work with trusted production partners across the country, and your order will be shipped from the facility closest to your location whenever possible.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Because all of our candles are made to order, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order is placed. Please double-check your details before completing checkout. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at info@fluffyflames.com — if your order hasn’t entered production yet, we’ll do our best to adjust it.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) as well as Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

When will my order be processed?

Production time is typically 2–5 business days. Once your candle is ready, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details. Orders are fulfilled Monday through Friday.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Delivery within the U.S. usually takes 3–7 business days after production. Total time from order to delivery is typically 5–12 business days.

Will I receive tracking information?

Yes! As soon as your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number so you can follow your package.

My order has multiple items. Will they arrive together?

Not always. Since we work with several production partners, your items may be shipped separately. If that happens, you’ll receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment.

What if I don’t receive my order?

If your order hasn’t arrived within 30 days after the estimated delivery date, please contact us at info@fluffyflames.com. We’ll investigate and file a claim with the carrier if necessary.

What if I entered the wrong address?

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing an order. If an address is incorrect or incomplete and the package cannot be delivered, the order cannot be refunded. If you’d like the order re-shipped, the customer is responsible for the additional shipping cost.

Do you accept returns?

We accept returns only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items. To start a return, please email us at info@fluffyflames.com with your order number, description of the issue, and photos. If your claim is approved, we’ll provide you with the correct return address and instructions. Please do not send anything back before receiving confirmation from us.
