Shipping policy

We currently ship only within the United States.

Order processing time

All of our products are made to order. Production time is typically 2–5 business days before shipment. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been fulfilled.

Shipping time

Standard delivery within the United States usually takes 3–7 business days after production. Please note that these are estimated timeframes and actual delivery may vary depending on the carrier and your location.

Shipping rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the product, quantity, and delivery address. Rates are provided directly through our fulfillment partners to reflect the most accurate cost of shipping across the U.S.

Multiple shipments

If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately. This is because we work with several production partners, and your products may be fulfilled and shipped from different locations. You will receive separate tracking numbers if your order ships in more than one package.

Delays

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control. If your package is significantly delayed, please use the tracking number provided to check with the carrier directly.

Lost or missing packages

If your package does not arrive within 30 days of the estimated delivery date, please contact us at info@fluffyflames.com. We will investigate the issue and file a claim with the carrier if necessary.

Incorrect addresses / undeliverable shipments

Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address cannot be refunded. If you would like the order re-shipped, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping costs.
